Storyline
After murdering their father, Issa flees with her younger brother, Tomas, into the forest. They find refuge in an orphanage run by nuns. Issa, desperate to secure a future for Tomas, attempts to place him for adoption while concealing their fugitive status Meanwhile, Tomas, tormented by bullying orphans and haunted by a nocturnal creature, urges Issa to leave. The orphanage's eerie atmosphere escalates when one of the nuns is horribly tortured and an orphan disappears. As the siblings plan their escape, they uncover the orphanage’s horrifying truth.
